Mimosas and Mosaics is for the crew who hears the word brunch and immediately asks what's after brunch, and what's after that. The answer is plenty: flowers and bling, rooftop bubbly, pink neon and a VIP booth with the dance floor on the doorstep. It builds from the first sip, and it never once dips.
Morning starts at our luxe brunch venue, where sunlight falls across the timber and your reserved table is ready for the whole group. Mimosas land for every guest and each of you picks a delish brunch from the menu. Before the plates are cleared, a bonus cocktail arrives for your hen. Clink clink! With our discounted cocktail menu on hand, the momentum is already in full swing.
Just when brunch feels like the peak, the day gets crafty. Your own private studio room is set up with all the mosaic tools and materials, and an expert mosaic instructor is ready to guide you. For two and a half hours the girls get gloriously carried away with flowers and beads, one more bead here, one more bloom there. Then the lettering comes out and everyone can add a word of her choice. Some write the bride's new surname. Some write a nickname that would need a whole paragraph to explain. The room goes quiet while everyone concentrates, then erupts when the words are revealed.
The bride also has a surprise waiting: her very own DIY hanging decor kit to take home. From the studio, the day climbs, and if you'd like to arrive like headliners, there's a door to door limo you can add, bubbly poured for every guest.
Up at our stunning rooftop bar, your reserved seating area sits among swaying palms and oversized Hamptons-style lounges, with breathtaking views stretching across the skyline. A bottle of bubbly arrives and suddenly it's toast after toast, with the discounted cocktail menu on hand for whoever wants to keep things rolling. As evening falls, the lights go pink. Our Melbourne CBD hideaway is blush tones and neon kisses, and a cocktail each greets you at your reserved table as the delicious share plates start landing.
