Up for Brunch. Down by the River.
Daylight and mimosas, with a whole golden day stretched out in front of you: this is the hens made for a bride who would rather toast at brunch than at midnight. It's the day everyone can say yes to, from the school friends to her mum, and it hands the night straight back to you. Brunch to the Riverbank takes you from a brunch table all the way down to the water, with a rooftop in between and bubbly waiting at every turn. Because it's her hens, and her hens can absolutely start before lunch!
We start at our luxe dining venue, a relaxed, polished room where your reserved table for your group is set before anyone arrives, so the girls can drift in and slide straight into a seat. A fresh mimosa lands in front of every guest, which is really just a round of bubbly on arrival that got dressed up for brunch. Glasses up to the bride! Then the delish brunch arrives, each guest choosing her own plate from the menu, and the table goes quiet for exactly as long as it takes to try everyone else's.
Right on cue, a bonus cocktail for the hen arrives and every glass at the table goes up for her all over again. And with discounted cocktail menu access for the whole brunch, anyone who fancies a second round has a very good excuse.

Welcome to our stunning rooftop bar, where the day goes up a level. Breath taking views of the city skyline stretch out beyond the palm fronds, with your reserved seating set up among the Hamptons-style lounges. A bottle of bubbly on arrival pops open for the group, and the discounted cocktail menu is on hand for anyone keen to treat herself. Daylight up here is very kind to a group photo, so line the girls up with the skyline behind the bride and take about forty of them.
Now for the golden stretch of the afternoon. Our waterfront bar sits a little above the river, with a leafy open-air terrace and views over Melbourne that make everyone want to linger. This is our Southbank cocktail bar at its happiest. Your reserved seating is set and another bottle of bubbly on arrival lands for the group. For two more hours there is nothing left to organise except the next toast. The city hums below while someone starts telling the story of how the bride met her person.
At the last toast on the terrace, the bride has been celebrated from brunch table to riverbank, and her mum and her school friends are chatting like old mates. Squeeze in next to her for the final photo. You pulled off a whole day of celebrating before dinner, and the night is still yours to keep.
