Coral In The Studio. Waves On The Dance Floor.
If your crew has never done anything by halves, this is your day. Making Waves takes the seven of you from a private glass studio to the river and then all the way to a velvet VIP booth, and it builds with every stop. It starts with coral, and it finishes with a dance floor that has her name all over it.
The first wave is creative. In your own private studio room, your expert artist host shows everyone how glass fusing works, with a template and all the tools and materials waiting on the table. Over three hours, each of you arranges glass into your own coral bowl, playing with colour and shape until the design feels like you. Expect some serious concentration, then at least one bowl that makes the whole room gasp.
And your bride? Her own surprise kit is waiting: a DIY hanging decor kit that's hers to take home and play with. Every coral bowl becomes a keepsake with pride of place on somebody's shelf.
Next, the tide turns toward the river, and a door to door limo from the studio is yours to add, with a glass of bubbly each on board.
Up on the terrace of our Southbank waterfront bar, the river moves beside you and the city hums along below. Your reserved seating is set, and a bottle of bubbly is poured as you arrive. Conversations start to overlap as somebody leans in with the story about the bride that nobody has heard yet, and the views over Melbourne do the rest.
When it's time for dinner, it's an easy teeter along the waterfront to our riverfront restaurant. Hanging plants and walls lined with wine bottles frame your reserved table, and a glass of bubbly is waiting for every guest. The tapas start landing, hot and fresh from our My Ultimate Hens designed menu, while a bonus cocktail makes its way to your hen. Glasses up, girls!
Then the night makes its biggest wave yet. Across the river and down a Melbourne laneway, our glam cocktail lounge waves you through with VIP entry and the cover charge waived. A luxe VIP booth in plush velvet is saved for the group for two whole hours under glittering pendants. Then comes the surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen. From there, the dance floor is right on your doorstep. Waves, meet dance floor.
By the end of the night she'll have made something beautiful and danced in a velvet booth with her closest girls. And the one who planned every wave of it? She'll be in the thick of it with her, bubbly in hand, taking the applause.
