Start By The River. End Up In A Booth.

Sips & The City is made for the kind of hens where the aunties, the uni girls, the work wife and the netball team all need to have the best time at once, and it takes every one of them through an afternoon and night that keep getting better. It starts with a bottle by the water and climbs to a rooftop for share plates. Then it finishes the way every great hens should, in a VIP booth. Consider it her city, sipped one bar at a time!
First stop, our waterfront bar, a Southbank cocktail bar set just above the river with views over Melbourne and greenery softening every edge. Your reserved spot is set, and a bottle of bubbly on arrival waits for the group. Hand the bride the first glass and let the river do the rest. This is the easy, breezy stretch where the two sides of the bridal party get properly acquainted and discover they have a lot in common, mainly her. Get the group shot with the water behind you now, while everyone's lipstick is still perfect.
Then the party goes up a level, quite literally.
At our stunning rooftop bar, breathtaking views open across the skyline just as the afternoon starts turning into evening, with palm fronds swaying around your reserved space. A round of bubbly on arrival puts a fresh glass in every hand. Clink clink! Soon the delicious tapas share plates are doing the rounds, and a bonus cocktail for the hen is carried straight to the guest of honour, because she never waits. Anyone keen on a second round has our discounted cocktail menu to play with, and the bar is there for whoever wants to shout the bride another. Somebody will get the photo of her with the whole skyline behind her. Make sure it's you.
When the rooftop wraps up, the laneways are calling. Want the group to glide there together? Add our private transfer and your driver takes it from there.
The final chapter lives down a Melbourne laneway in our glam cocktail lounge, all neon glow and plush velvet. Your VIP booth is held for your group for two hours with the cover charge waived, and one last bottle of bubbly hits the table for the girls. The bride has a dancefloor waiting for the moment her favourite track drops.
