It starts with a hands-on gnocchi masterclass, where a chef teaches the girls to roll gnocchi from scratch before lunch on the gnocchi you rolled, with a drink each. The afternoon heads to a stunning rooftop bar with a bottle of bubbly. Tonight's finale is a reserved VIP booth down a glam laneway, where a surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen is the starting gun for dancing.

Fuel Up On Gnocchi. Dance It Off Tonight.
Athletes carb load before the big event. Your bride's big event just happens to be a velvet VIP booth with a dance floor on the doorstep, so honestly, it would be irresponsible to skip lunch. Carb Loading is for the pasta-loving group who treat a good meal like a sport and a big night like a trophy. Consider this her official training day.
Warm-up is a freshly brewed welcome coffee in a relaxed Italian dining room of stylish artwork and cosy corners. Then the real training begins: a hands-on gnocchi masterclass with a chef who shows the girls the secrets to perfect gnocchi. Sleeves up and hands in. Within minutes even the friend who burns toast is rolling little pillows of dough like she grew up in a trattoria. The room buzzes with fellow food lovers and the stories start flowing, with the bride right at the centre of it all.
Then it's refuel time. Sit down together to lunch on the gnocchi you rolled, with your choice of celebratory drink, a glass of house wine or a soft drink, and raise a glass to the bride. The carb load continues at home, too: everyone takes home their handmade gnocchi and a gnocchi making goodie bag, which should keep the bride's kitchen stocked for a romantic dinner or two.
Next, a change of scenery and a lot more sky. If you want the team bus upgraded, add our stretch limo with bubbly from lunch to the rooftop. Our stunning rooftop bar is the victory lap: lush greenery, swaying palms, breathtaking views of the city skyline and a reserved area for the team. A bottle of bubbly is popped on arrival, and there's a discounted cocktail menu for anyone who fancies a little extra hydration of the fun kind. Line the crew up for a skyline photo with the bride in the middle, medal-ready. That one's going on the fridge.
After the rooftop comes the half-time break. Dinner isn't part of the day, so everyone can freshen up and top up the tank their way, or you can add tapas and a welcome drink before the booth and keep the squad together.
Then it's the main event, staged at our glam cocktail lounge down a Melbourne laneway. Low lighting and velvet everywhere, with a dance floor right beside your VIP booth, which is held for the whole team for two hours. VIP entry means the cover charge is waived, so the warm-down can wait. Then the big moment: a surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen lands at the booth, and the girls go wild. Dance the night away and burn off every last gnocchi.
When she is still dancing long after everyone swore they were too full to move, she'll look across the floor and find you, glass in hand, right where you planned to be. The game plan was yours, and it worked.
