Say It With Flowers. Then Say It With Bubbly.
Every bride has a word. Maybe it's the surname she's about to try on for size. Maybe it's the private joke that still makes the group chat cry laughing. Today her girls spell it out in flowers and bling, and then they take her out to celebrate it all the way to the dance floor. Say It With Flowers is a whole day for the seven of you, and every hour of it is about her.
But first, brunch, because a word this important needs mimosas. Your reserved table is waiting at our luxe brunch venue, all warm timber and soft light. A mimosa arrives for every guest as you settle in. Everyone picks her own delish brunch while a bonus cocktail makes its way to your hen. And with our discounted cocktail menu on the table, a little extra sparkle this early is entirely on the cards.
Now for the part the group chat will be full of. In your own private studio room, an expert mosaic instructor walks you through the whole thing, with all the mosaic tools and materials ready and waiting. For two and a half hours the table fills with delicate flowers and colourful beads, and then the lettering comes out so each of you can add a word of your choice. Watch what happens when the girls realise they can spell anything. Somebody writes her new surname. Somebody else writes something that makes the bride laugh so hard she has to put the glue down.
She has a surprise of her own, too: a DIY hanging decor kit that is hers to take home. It's a small thing, until you watch her open it. Want to glide from the studio to the rooftop in style? The limo upgrade collects you at the door with a glass of bubbly each.
Then the afternoon heads skyward to our stunning rooftop bar. Palm fronds sway over oversized lounges, and breathtaking views of the skyline stretch out behind your reserved seating. A bottle of bubbly lands as you arrive, and with our discounted cocktail menu open for the girls, the toasts come thick and fast. Up here, every angle is a good one.
As evening rolls in, the colour turns pink. Our neon-kissed CBD hideaway greets you at your reserved table with a cocktail each on arrival and delicious share plates for the group. Of course, another bonus cocktail is heading straight for your hen. Blush tones and glowing Xs and Os on the walls make the beautiful decor the star of the group photo.
The last chapter is a quick wander away, down a Melbourne laneway. At our glam cocktail lounge, VIP entry sorts the cover charge and a luxe VIP booth is set aside for your group for two whole hours. Plush velvet under soft neon, and then the one word she didn't see coming: surprise! A bottle of bubbly lands for your hen, and suddenly the dance floor is calling her name.
By the end of the night she'll have seen it in flowers and heard it in every toast: she is so, so loved. And the girl who made it happen will be right beside her in the booth, glass up, soaking in every second.
