Brunch Before Bling. Booth After Dark.
Honestly, one outing was never going to be enough for this bride. Name Drop is for the girl who would happily start with mimosas and still be on the dance floor once the lights go low, with just the six of you, bride included, along for every minute of it. Nobody splits off and nobody gets lost at the bar. Every table you sit at, all day long, is filled with her favourite faces. It's her hens after all!
We start somewhere sunny. Sunlight spills across the rustic timber at our luxe brunch venue, and your reserved table is waiting for your group. A mimosa lands in every hand before anyone has properly sat down, then everyone chooses her own delish brunch from the menu. Just as the table starts buzzing, a bonus cocktail arrives for your hen. Clink clink! The girls also have our discounted cocktail menu, which makes a second round at brunch feel extremely reasonable.
Then the day gets its sparkle. Your own private studio room is ready, with flowers and beads spread across the table and all the mosaic tools and materials laid out. An expert mosaic instructor guides every step as each of you builds a mosaic over two and a half hours, and then comes the bit organisers always love: lettering, so you can work a word of your choice into your piece. Her new surname, maybe. Or the nickname nobody outside the group is allowed to use. Just imagine her face when she sees her girls spelling it out in flowers and bling!
And the bride? She gets a surprise kit of her very own, a DIY hanging decor kit to take home, so the creativity keeps going long after the glue has set. If you'd like to arrive at the next stop like headliners, add our door to door limo from the studio, with a glass of bubbly each for the ride.
By late afternoon the day heads up to our stunning rooftop bar, where the skyline does all the showing off. Swaying palm fronds, lush greenery, oversized Hamptons-style lounges and breathtaking views surround your reserved seating, and a bottle of bubbly arrives as you settle in. The first rooftop toast is hers. Somebody will insist on one more photo in front of the palms, and she should absolutely let them. And the discounted cocktail menu is right there for round two.
Then the lights go pink. Our Melbourne CBD venue is all blush tones and gold accents, with neon kisses on the walls and cherry blossoms blooming under glowing greenery. A cocktail is poured for every guest as you arrive at your reserved table, and the delicious share plates start arriving while the stories get louder. And because one bonus cocktail a day is simply not enough for a bride, a second one is on its way to her.
When dinner wraps, it's an easy teeter down a Melbourne laneway to our glam cocktail lounge. VIP entry takes care of the cover charge, and the luxe VIP booth waiting for you is held for two whole hours, glittering pendants overhead and custom neon on the walls. Then comes the pop: a surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen. After a day that started with mimosas, it's time to dance the night away.
From the first mimosa to the last song, she'll have spent every hour with the people she loves most, and not one of those hours needed you holding a clipboard. That's the beauty of a whole day done properly: you get to be a guest at it too, right there beside her in the booth.
