Up On The Roof. Down On The Dance Floor.
She has been promising the girls a dance floor since the day the ring went on, and she is not the kind of bride who dances on an empty stomach. Rooftop to the Dance Floor is the whole Saturday done properly. It starts with bubbly up high above the city and finishes on a massive Darling Harbour dance floor, with a sit-down dinner in the middle so everyone hits the dance floor fuelled and fabulous. She's the bride. She's going to dance!
First, up we go. Our stunning rooftop bar floats high above the city in a premium Sydney location, with a flower garden wall, playful neon, greenery overhead and a glittering pendant-lit bar that makes every drink look twice as good. Your reserved seating is yours for two hours, and a bottle of bubbly for the group to celebrate the bride arrives ice cold as you settle in.
And because the bride gets spoiled at every stop tonight, there's a bonus cocktail for the hen, too. Phones out, girls! The bride under the neon with the whole crew crowding in, glasses up, is the photo everyone will be asking for tomorrow.
Then the rooftop hands the night over to dinner. Our cocktail lounge in the Sydney CBD is all warm glow and quiet glamour, with backlit shelves shining behind a marble bar and stylish leather chairs pulled up to your reserved table. A round of bubbly on arrival raises the first toast of act two.
Menus go around and everyone picks a main from the chef's selection, a delicious one course meal that sets you all up for the dancing ahead. The bride, naturally, gets another bonus cocktail for the hen, and the girls have our discounted cocktail menu if they fancy warming up early.
Just when you think the night has hit its stride, it lifts again. After dark our waterfront bar becomes a vibrant Darling Harbour dance floor, and the music rises as the lights glow across the water. Entry is included, so the cover charge is taken care of, and your VIP reserved seating is waiting with bottle service bubbly delivered to your spot.
Then it's all about that massive dance floor. The DJs keep the Saturday energy pumping, and a surprise cocktail for the hen lands at your seats, her third of the night. Nobody is counting. Well, she is. The discounted cocktail menu is there for the girls whenever the dance floor needs a breather.
Somewhere in the middle of it all, the bride pulls you in close and yells something you can't hear over the music, but you know exactly what it means. You planned every step of this night, and you still got to dance on it. That's the dream, and you made it happen.
