Did someone say girl dinner? Cheese Board Babes is for the bride who treats a grazing board like an art form, and who has definitely saved more cheese board inspo than wedding dress inspo. This time she isn't styling the board. She's making it, with all eight of you pouring right alongside her, cocktail in hand. Then come share plates and a velvet VIP booth, with a surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen to top it all off.
The afternoon opens in the middle of the CBD, where your own VIP room is waiting for two hours, dripping in pink with hanging greenery trailing through the stunning decor. A cocktail each is handed round the moment you walk in. Honestly, this room was made for a hens selfie, so get the first one done before the glitter comes out.
Because then out come the aprons, and the table turns into a glittering studio. Your personal resin artist host has brought every art material you need: aprons, sleek wooden boards, glossy resin and shimmering pigments. With step by step instruction you'll learn to pour and swirl until the colours start to marble, then decorate your way. This two hour resin board workshop is just for your group, so nobody has to whisper, and the room fills with a lot of "ooh, look at mine!"
Watch the bride hover over her board like it's a work of art, because it is. Line all the boards up for the photo of the day: a row of glossy swirls with a very proud bride grinning behind hers. Every babe leaves with her own board to take home, boxed up in its own carry bag.
Next, the girl dinner part. Your reserved seating area in our main dining room fills with delicious share plates for the table, and a bonus cocktail is on its way to the bride. Tonight she gets the first cocktail and the last word.
Then the babes teeter down the laneway to our glam cocktail lounge. The cover charge is waived, and your plush velvet VIP booth is held for two hours under glittering pendants and neon. A surprise bottle of bubbly arrives for your hen, and as the glasses go up, somebody inevitably shouts "to the bride!" a little too loudly. When the music calls, grab the bride and dance the night away.
