Softly At First. Then Not At All.
It starts quietly. A crew of seven, bride included, bent over their mosaic templates in a pink neon room with a cocktail at every elbow. Somebody is humming under her breath. Then the door opens and your topless waiter strolls in with a tray, and the humming turns into something much louder. Tile Me Softly is a hens that begins as a gentle creative afternoon and ends in a velvet booth with the music up, and every step in between gets a little less subtle.
Your own VIP room in the heart of the city is yours for two hours, and it is dressed for the occasion: blush pink hues and glowing neon, softened by hanging greenery and sleek, stunning decor, with every corner made for photos. A round of cocktails lands on arrival, so the first toast happens before the first tile goes down.
For the two hour mosaic workshop, your expert mosaic instructor sets everyone up with a template each and all the mosaic tools and materials, then shows you how the colourful glass pieces come together. It starts slow. Someone agonises over pink or gold. Someone else declares her design finished after ten minutes and then quietly starts again. Somewhere around the halfway mark it stops being a class and turns into a very polite competition, and before long everyone is leaning across the table to admire everyone else's work.
Which brings us back to your waiter. For two hours your My Ultimate Hens topless waiter is with your group and private for your group, and he is there for the games and eye candy fun. He hands round the drinks and runs the hens games between tiles, and when the phones come out, he poses for as many photos as you can talk him into. Just imagine her face when she realises the special attention is all hers.

Then the soft part of the evening is officially over. From there it's a very short trip to the dance floor, and nobody in this crew will need persuading to dance the night away.
