This meeting is called to order, ladies! Item one: our beautiful rooftop bar, with a bottle of bubbly for the group and the city skyline for a backdrop. Item two: a reserved table, a round of bubbly each, charcuterie boards of cured meats and cheeses and a bonus cocktail for the hen. Item three: a two-hour booth in our colourful, neon-lit pop playground, with a bottle of bubbly for the group and half nip basics for the bride. Any other business? The dance floor!

Attention, members of the bridal board. An urgent meeting has been called, and there is one item on the agenda: celebrating the bride properly. Board Meeting is for the crew who would rather graze and dance than sit politely through a long dinner. The meeting opens on a rooftop and adjourns to a neon-lit pop dance floor, with a table of charcuterie boards in between. Attendance is compulsory and nobody is taking minutes!
Item one: our beautiful rooftop bar, where the Valley hums below and lush greenery and swaying palm fronds frame sweeping city skyline views, all wrapped in effortless Hamptons-inspired glamour. Your reserved seating is ready for the group, and a bottle of bubbly on arrival pops as the board takes its seats. First order of business: a toast to the chair, otherwise known as the bride. Motion for one more photo? Seconded, again and again, until the camera roll is officially minuted and your shot with the bride is the one headed straight for the pool room.
Item two, and the reason for the name. It's an easy teeter to a beautiful venue in a fabulous location in the heart of the Valley, where lush greenery and pendant lighting glow around a mesmerising backlit bar. A reserved table for your group is waiting, and a round of bubbly on arrival gets the second toast going. Then the boards land: delicious grazing laid with cured meats, marinated olives, assorted cheeses, grilled vegetables and bread, with pickles and dips tucked in between. One board between two means everyone leans in, and that's the whole point. This is grazing and gossiping, not a sit-down dinner, so the conversation moves as fast as the olives. And the chair of the board? A bonus cocktail for the hen, freshly shaken and all hers. Hear, hear!
Item three: the meeting adjourns to the dance floor, just a short teeter away. Complimentary group entry walks the whole board straight in, and the colourful, neon-lit setting hits like a sugar rush, with pop on the speakers and your reserved booth set up as board headquarters for two whole hours. A bottle of bubbly in the booth lands for the group to share, and the chair gets half nip basics of her own, because the chair always gets a perk. Between songs, that glowing high tech corridor is where the hens album finds its cover shot!
Any other business? Dancing. One chart topper comes on and suddenly the bride and every one of her girls are singing together on the high energy dance floor, arms up, nobody sitting this one out. And when the bride grabs your hand for the big chorus, the board votes unanimously on who made it happen. Carried without objection. Once the meeting closes, our private transfer can have a driver waiting at the door.
