One afternoon, several newly appointed art critics. Out on a balcony above the city, there's a glass of bubbly each while your artist shows the crew how to paint. The art talk comes inside for tapas under pink neon and a cocktail for the bride. Art appreciation, round two, happens in a laneway booth, where the crew's bottle is waiting, and so is her own topless waiter, for two hours.

Admire the Art. Then Admire the Eye Candy.

The Art Of Eye Candy is a hens for women with excellent taste and increasingly entertaining opinions. It's made for a crew of eight or more, counting the bride, and it starts with a little culture.

Our hens games and printables are part of the package, and so are custom invite templates, so the art talk can start early.

The afternoon belongs to a long balcony table above the city (or inside, if it rains). Each place is set with an apron and a canvas, and everyone gets a glass of bubbly. The first toast goes to the bride before anyone picks up a brush.

Your artist leads the two-hour class, and somewhere along the way the canvases start to look like actual paintings.

This is where the art criticism begins. One guest calls hers a very confident interpretation. Another insists it needs to be appreciated in person, from across the balcony, head tilted, very serious. The bride's friends find something they love about her painting, and before long she starts to see it too.

"It's the composition for me."

When the class wraps up, every girl has a canvas to take home and some very strong opinions to go with it. Then it's inside to the pink neon booths, where the shared tapas land, with a bonus cocktail just for the bride. The art discussion carries on. Somebody is scrolling the photos, and somebody claims she always had an eye for these things.

As the night goes on, the crew heads into the laneways for art appreciation, round two. Entry is part of the deal. So is a booth for two hours, with a shared bottle of bubbly.

And then the eye candy arrives: her own topless waiter, in your booth for two hours. "Some very strong work here," someone murmurs, and the whole booth agrees. The crew that spent the afternoon studying brushwork has found a new topic of conversation.

His first stop is the bride, with a hello and a glass poured from the crew's bottle, and before long he's part of the conversation. Somebody compliments the evening's curation, and the bride passes the compliment straight to her bridesmaid.

Two add-ons, at extra cost, can stretch the day: a rooftop brunch with a mimosa each before the painting, or two hours of drinks once you're in the booth.

A painting for the wall. A night for the group chat. The Art Of Eye Candy, curated by the friend with the very good eye.
