Every rodeo needs a queen, and this one is getting married. Rodeo Ready is a cowgirl Saturday for the whole posse, starting with paint and cocktails in your own room and ending in a cowgirl VIP booth with bubbly for the bride to be. It's loud and themed to the brim, and it gives every girl in the group something to do with her hands before the dancing starts. Boots strongly encouraged!
The posse gathers first in a private room of your own at our venue in the Melbourne CBD, where pink hues and neon lighting meet hanging greenery and stunning decor, a glam little hideout for the afternoon. Cocktails arrive for everyone the moment you walk in, and the first toast goes to your bride. From here to the last dance, the posse sticks together. Boots on and drinks up, girls, the rodeo has begun! Yeehaw!
Then your own artist host rolls out the studio: easels, canvases, paints, brushes and an apron for every guest. Your host makes sure every cowgirl knows exactly what to do next, from the first sketch to the final flourish. Across two hours, everyone paints her own cowboy themed canvas, and the results range from genuinely gallery-worthy to gloriously questionable. Both are perfect. The bride gets the loudest cheers for her canvas, and every girl takes hers home.
Next, the celebration rides into the main dining room. Your reserved table is ready with delicious share plates for the whole posse, and a bonus cocktail lands in front of your hen. A queen needs her refreshments. This is where the stories start. Someone admits her horse looks more like a dog, and the whole table cries laughing.
Just when the girls think the rodeo is winding down, the night saddles up again. A short stroll, boots and all, brings you to our fabulous CBD cocktail lounge. The cover charge is waived and a cowgirl VIP booth is yours for two hours, with a team who are in on the theme from the moment you arrive. Sink into plush velvet under glowing neon, and then comes the moment: a surprise bottle of bubbly for the bride to be. Squeeze the whole posse into the booth for the photo that will headline the group chat. The dance floor is right on your doorstep, and those boots have been waiting all day. Somebody will start a line dance whether or not anyone knows the steps.
Every stop of this rodeo is lined up and ready to ride! The girl who organised it gets to kick up her boots and dance too, and the whole day looks as good in the photos as it feels. And when the line dance falls apart and the bride ends up laughing on your shoulder, that's your moment. Trail boss of the year? Absolutely.
