If your bride would trade a polite high tea for a pizza lunch in a heartbeat, you have found her day. Slice Slice Baby is made for a tight crew who love their food and fully intend to be dancing by nightfall. It starts with flour on everyone's hands and finishes with neon on everyone's faces, and nobody hits the dance floor on an empty stomach!
We begin slow and delicious. Step into a relaxed little slice of Italy, all exposed brick and warm light, and wrap your hands around a freshly brewed welcome coffee while the girls settle in. Then the sleeves go up. Your chef leads a hands-on pizza masterclass and lets you in on the secrets to perfect dough, while the room hums with fellow food lovers doing exactly the same. Somebody will stretch hers into the shape of Tasmania and insist it was on purpose. Your bride, flour on her cheek and grinning from ear to ear, becomes the star of every photo.
Then comes the payoff. Then the pizzas you made land on the table for lunch, with your choice of celebratory drink, a glass of house wine or a soft drink, and the first toast goes to the bride before the first slice is gone. Before you head off, everyone takes home their handmade pizza dough and a pizza making goodie bag, so the bride can cook for the groom next weekend and take all the credit.
