There are hens weekends, and then there are hens weekends built around manicures, grazing in swimsuits, long spa sessions and bubbles above the city. Veils, Nails & Bubbles Weekend is firmly the latter, with beauty bar pampering, the Ultimate Hens Bachelorette Pad Apartment, pool, spa, sauna and steam room time, then rooftop drinks and share plates. An entire weekend dedicated to spoiling the bride with her favourite people? Sounds like a responsibility the girls can handle.
First assignment: manicures. Our beauty bar is holding your reserved seating, with a glass of bubbly each ready while the girls settle in for a 60 minute deluxe manicure. Hands are scrubbed and massaged before the important business of choosing a polish begins. Gel or regular? Classic red? Barely there nude? Something that seemed like an excellent idea after the bubbly arrived? Pick whatever suits your current personality and let the experts handle the rest. Somewhere in the middle of it all, the bride's surprise cocktail lands. And if one bubbly turns into another? The bar is right there.
Then it's home to the Bach Pad, where the swimsuits are practically begging to be worn and your grazing boxes arrive with sweet and savoury treats for the group. Get comfortable, open the grazing and assess the difficult decision ahead: pool, spa, sauna or steam room first? Fortunately, you've got time to conduct thorough research. Swim. Spa. Steam. Repeat if necessary. Actually, very necessary.
Eventually the swimsuits have to come off, because our rooftop bar is waiting. Get ready together, then head up to your reserved space, where a glass of bubbly each, share plates for the girls and a bonus cocktail for the bride are ready. Settle in, pass everything around and recover from the exhausting business of being pampered all afternoon. With the discounted cocktail menu on hand, another round feels less like a decision and more like commitment to the itinerary. You can stay on until close.
Later, head back to the Bach Pad knowing you've successfully completed the day's gruelling responsibilities. Manicures admired, grazing demolished, spa thoroughly tested and rooftop bubbles handled with professionalism. We knew you had it in you.
