Jet Set starts with thirty-five minutes of pure adrenaline on the harbour, then hands the afternoon over to a long lunch and a bottle of bubbly by the water, so there are hours to relive every splash. It's a story, not a spa. And it's all hers!

Your thirty-five minute jet boating experience roars off across the water in a blur of high-speed twists and turns, with brilliant Sydney Harbour views flashing past between the splashes. You'll share the thrills with whoever else is brave enough to climb aboard, and by the first spin you'll all be screaming like old friends. And if a wall of spray happens to land right on the bride? The whole boat erupts!
Wring out your hair, because the afternoon is about to get a whole lot more civilised. Well, slightly. Next stop is our cocktail lounge right in the Sydney CBD, all marble bar and warm wood, with greenery spilling from a gold-framed display overhead and soft lighting that is very kind to post-jet-boat hair. Your reserved table is waiting, and a round of bubbly on arrival puts the first toast in every hand.
Then everyone chooses a main from the chef's selection, a delicious one course meal to refuel after all that screaming, while the replays begin: who screamed loudest, and whose poncho gave up completely. As the bride settles in, a bonus cocktail for the hen arrives at her place. Our discounted cocktail menu is right there too, for anyone who fancies a little something extra with lunch.
But the afternoon isn't finished with you yet! The final chapter takes you down to the water, to our stunning waterfront bar with its leafy cocktail garden and plush Hamptons-inspired decor, all looking out over breathtaking views of the harbour. Your reserved seating is yours for two hours, and a bottle of bubbly on arrival pops the moment you sit down.
And for the bride? A surprise cocktail for the hen, because a girl who survived the jet boat has earned a little spoiling. The discounted cocktail menu keeps the girls toasting, and this is the camera roll moment of the day: the bride with her glass up and the harbour sparkling behind her. Her hair is still recovering.
