Some brides want a quiet lunch. Yours wants the slow jams turned right up and a handsome man handing her a cocktail with his shirt nowhere to be seen. She has been practising that body roll in the kitchen for years, and tonight it finally gets an audience. Pour It Up is made for her and for the close crew who know every one of her moves. She gets the full music video treatment!
It all starts in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, in your very own private VIP room for two whole hours. Pink hues, glowing neon signs, hanging greenery and sleek decor set the scene, and the stunning decor looks ridiculously good before anyone has even said cheers. Then in walks your My Ultimate Hens topless waiter, private for your group and with you for two hours, serving up a round of cocktails on arrival so the first toast lands before anyone has found their lip gloss. Clink clink! He is the ice breaker, the games host, the eye candy and the photo op all at once, and he knows exactly where the spotlight belongs. On her.
Now for the main event. Your private dance instructor brings the music and the attitude, with fun accessories for the whole group and a costume for the hen, and for one glorious hour this room becomes the RnB dance floor of your dreams. Expect plenty of sass and a lot of laughing at your own reflection in the neon. Nobody needs to be a dancer. The hen takes the front row in her costume with the girls right behind her, and your waiter is still in the room, which does wonders for everyone's confidence. Somewhere in the final run through it all clicks and suddenly you look genuinely good. Film it. That clip is going straight to the group chat.
After the last run through, the party shifts to your reserved seating area in the same bar, where delicious share plates start landing and, of course, a bonus cocktail heads straight for your hen. Slow jams, fast appetites! This is the moment for toasts and for replaying that video until everyone agrees on who nailed it. The bar is right there for anyone who fancies another round.
Then comes the encore. It's a quick sashay, even in heels, to our glam laneway cocktail lounge, where the cover charge is waived and your reserved VIP booth is waiting for two hours. Plush velvet, low lighting, custom neon and glittering pendants set the mood, with the dance floor right on your doorstep for dancing the night away. As you slide in, a surprise bottle of bubbly arrives for your hen. Pour it up, darling. Those RnB moves have a real dance floor now, and she is leading the charge.
And when she's out there in the middle of it, pulling the move you all learned that afternoon with her arm around you, everyone in that booth will know exactly who made this happen. Her body roll, your production.
