Tonight there is exactly one rule, and it is that the bubbly stays within reach. Swing Queens is for the sporty girls who love a bit of competition and flatly refuse to take it seriously. A driving range that tracks every swing kicks things off and a rooftop full of palms comes next. Then a velvet VIP booth finishes the job, with your bride crowned queen of the range somewhere along the way. No handicap required!
It all starts on the floodlit range, where your own golf bays are reserved and golf balls and gear are ready for every guest. A glass of bubbly each arrives before the first swing, obviously. Then the Trackman technology gets to work, following every shot and showing exactly how far that little white ball flew and where it actually landed, which is sometimes a very long way from where she was aiming. Nobody here needs to know how to play. The girl who has never held a driver will hit one beautiful shot and Trackman will prove it. She will not stop talking about it all night. For ninety minutes the bride gets the loudest cheers on the range, so get a slow motion video of her follow through and practise that victory pose.
Then the night trades turf for skyline. Up on our stunning rooftop bar, palm fronds sway over oversized Hamptons style lounges and the views are breathtaking, with lush greenery everywhere you look. Your reserved seating is ready for the whole crew, and a round of bubbly lands as you settle in. Delicious tapas share plates follow for the table. Your hen gets a bonus cocktail for her efforts on the range, and the girls have our discounted cocktail menu if the celebrating calls for a second round. Raise a glass to the queen, and grab the group photo under the palms while the lipstick is still perfect.
Then the laneways take over. Hidden in the heart of the city, our glam cocktail lounge glows with custom neon signs, and glittering pendants hang above plush velvet booths. Your VIP entry is waiting with the cover charge waived, and your VIP booth is reserved for two whole hours. Then comes the surprise: a bottle of bubbly for your hen. This is where the longest hitter finally gets crowned, and her trophy is a toast from every girl in the booth.
Then dance the night away, queens. When your bride is twirling under the neon and still using her golf swing as a dance move, catch her eye and raise your glass; she knows exactly who teed all this up. Caddy of the year? Make that queen of the course.
