Design The Hat. Meet The Cowboy.
Boots packed and fringe on: this is not a weekend for half measures. Yeehaw Weekend goes head to toe with the theme for the cowgirl bride who wants the lot: her own custom hat, a cowboy with a cheeky show, dinner under the neon and a VIP booth with the girls in full western glam. Giddy up, girls, because this rodeo runs all weekend long!
It starts when you check in and there's a bed for every guest, so the whole posse can stay up as late as it likes. Then your dedicated instructor arrives at your apartment with a cowboy hat for every girl and a wide selection of trims: ribbons, leather bands, feathers, charms, studs, rhinestones, dried florals and all sorts of decorative accessories. It's a two hour styling workshop just for your group, with step by step instruction whenever you want it and all the materials included, so everyone can decorate her way.
Some girls go full rhinestone rodeo queen while others go boho with dried florals and feathers. The bride's hat, of course, gets the most love of all, because her girls make sure she is impossible to miss. Every hat goes straight on a head to wear for the rest of the celebration, then home with its owner as a keepsake. Get the photo of the whole posse lined up in their creations with the bride dead centre, because that one is headed straight for the wedding slideshow.
Then, while everyone is still admiring each other's handiwork, the door bursts open and your cowboy strides in. It's a cowboy themed strip show set to rodeo music, and for the hen it's a total surprise. It's gloriously cheeky from the first tip of his hat, with extra special attention for her throughout. One rule while he's in the room: glasses down. Nobody will even notice. Photo time is included once the routine wraps up, the whole thing about twenty minutes all up, and let's just say her new hat has never looked so cheeky.
Hats on and boots on: the night heads out. A table full of custom cowgirl hats looks sensational against the pink and gold of our neon-kissed cocktail bar in the Melbourne CBD, an easy teeter from your door. Your reserved seating for the group is waiting, and a round of cocktails lands as the posse takes its seats. Delicious share plates keep coming for the table, and your hen gets a bonus cocktail, because her hat is not the one thing getting spoiled tonight. Yeehaw!
Then a short stroll to the finale: a fabulous cocktail lounge tucked into the CBD, where your VIP booth is waiting for two hours and the staff know a cowgirl crew is on the way. Entry is sorted with no cover charge, then out comes a surprise bottle of bubbly for your bride to be, and the posse raises a toast to its cowgirl. Then kick up those boots on the dance floor right on your doorstep.
Every posse has the friend who already owns the boots and the one borrowing a fringe jacket for the occasion, and this weekend has room for both.
