Order On The Lawn. Chaos In The Booth.

All rise! The honourable bride-to-be is presiding, and the charge is simple: a sunny afternoon on the green followed by a very glam night out. How does the group plead? Guilty of having far too much fun, we suspect. Lawn and Order is built for the relaxed crew who want an easy win, where nobody needs a single skill and the bride sits right at the centre of every verdict.

Exhibit A is the bowling green. The shoes come off and the grass is cool and soft underfoot. Before anyone has picked up a bowl, a glass of house bubbly is in every hand. Two hours of barefoot bowls stretch out ahead of you in a stunning location, all gear included, with a quick demo for anyone who needs it.

Now, the proceedings. Appoint a judge. Argue every measurement. Object loudly. Overrule the maid of honour at least once. And when the bride's bowl curls in and kisses the jack, declare it the finest shot in the history of the sport and refuse to hear an appeal. Before you leave, line everyone up barefoot on the green for the official line-up photo. Straight faces optional.

Court adjourns for dinner. If the jury would like to arrive in style, add our limo tour from the green, with a glass of bubbly each and a glam photo stop along the way.

Exhibit B is dinner by the river. Our waterfront bar comes with a flower wall and Melbourne views across the water, and your reserved seating is set and waiting. A round of bubbly lands the moment you are seated, then the delicious tapas dining begins: chef's plates for the middle of the table, plenty to count as a proper dinner. The evidence is clear that the bride needs a treat, so a bonus cocktail comes out for her. Motion granted.

The final exhibit sits over the river, down a Melbourne laneway, inside our glam cocktail lounge. Glittering pendants hang low over plush velvet while the custom neon sets the mood. Entry is sorted with the cover charge waived, and your VIP booth is held for the jury for two whole hours. Then the sentence is handed down: a surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen, poured at the booth, followed by a strict order to dance the night away on the floor just steps from your seat.

The verdict? Unanimous. When the bride is up on her feet in that booth, glass high and grinning, she will look across at you standing right next to her and know exactly who argued this case so beautifully. Maid of honour of the year. No further questions.
