Sharp Aim. Sparkly Brim.
Who says a bride has to choose between tough and sparkly? Rhinestones and Axes gives her both, in that order. It is the cowgirl hens for the girl who can land a bullseye and still turn up to the booth looking like a country music video, with a crew right behind her who are all in on the look.
The grit comes first. In our axe throwing arena, the timber lanes are ready and the targets are waiting, with a full range of axe sizes and all equipment included. Your own AXE-pert coach runs the safety briefing and teaches the throw, and then it is two hours of multi round axe throwing competition. Axes before bubbly, always. Somebody will discover a frightening natural talent. Somebody will miss the board entirely and take a bow anyway.
Save the final throw for the bride. Count her in. When that axe thuds home, the cheer bounces off the walls and the girls mob her at the lane. Get the video, trust us.
Now for the glitter. An easy teeter later, you are in your own private room, where girly pink hues and neon lighting make the stunning decor pop, and a house cocktail lands in every hand as you arrive. The cowboy hat design workshop takes over the table for two whole hours. Your personal host shows you step by step how to decorate your way, with ribbons, leather bands, feathers, charms, studs, rhinestones and dried florals piled high between you.
Every girl designs her own hat to wear all night and take home after, and the bride's will be the most extra thing in the room. Phones out: a whole row of freshly bedazzled cowgirls, and the bride front and centre wearing the sparkliest brim of the lot.
Dinner is next at your reserved seating in the main dining area, brims and all. Delicious share plates arrive for the table while everyone admires each other's work. Then comes a bonus cocktail for the hen, delivered to the bride under the brim.
And then, the finale in our fabulous cocktail lounge in the Melbourne CBD, where your VIP booth is reserved for two whole hours in plush velvet under custom neon. The cover charge is waived and the staff have been told it is a cowgirl night. A surprise bottle of bubbly for your hen pops at the booth, and the dance floor is right beside you. Fancy a detour first? Our limo tour pours a glass of bubbly each and takes the long way round to your booth.
